Pollo Tropical - Davie

This seems to be one of the only pollo tropical that doesn't get as hectic as every other pollo I have gone to in the past for lunch. Line moves quickly and the food is good.

I’m giving 2 stars because I had never had any issues until now. Not only waste my time and money and made me throw up but it is disgusting finding someone’s hair and pull it for my mouth. This is unacceptable and goes against so many regulations

Order ceasar salad and got nothing but frozen lettuce… really??? 11$ for frozen lettuce???? Horrible, just wasted 11$

I live off nova and I’ve been coming here for 15 years every single time my order is wrong and they have no curry sauce management needs to be aware I have been driving to the Sterling location to avoid this and get to get better service

Love, love, love Pollo Tropical! The fresh ingredients are the star of the show! Cilantro lime sauce is amazing on everything!
