Dunkin' - Davie

They didn't get my order right (hot coffee), but they repaired it once when I was in the store with my complaint.

I get that you can be busy, but no need to let the phone ring out of the hook and if you finally answer, hang up immediately without saying a word. It's just rude. Hummm... and if I'm here personally, they're not even full, I'm just going in! But...then they redeemed themselves by being extra nice on a face to face level. I'm just asking you not to look up on your girls. It really doesn't make a good feeling...

That was my roasted bagel with cream cheese and jelly. Was very upset

I know some of the Dunkin donuts because I love it; But this store is really dirty and the food not fresh, never again?sorry guys.

We frequently stop at Dunkin Donuts. This location seemed to have a hard time getting our sweet iced tea order correct. Unfortunately the cashier (who spoke Spanish)had a difficult time understanding that we wanted iced tea...sweet....but instead we ended up with an iced coffee with cream and sugar. They were quick to correct the order but it took a few minutes.
