Dunkin' - Davie

This DD is a hit or miss location. I?ve had 5/5 experiences and 1/5 experiences. I visit fairly often. The coffee is usually bitter so you have to know how to order it. Recently I ordered 6 hash browns and they gave me 6 ORDERS of hash browns despite mebeing very clear about wanting only one order. I wasn?t even mad, just found hilarious that they gave me 36 hash browns. Alsothe guys standing outside are kinda pointless? They take my card and give it to the cashier and hand my drink from the window.Super awkward interaction. Finally, this location has a pretty tight drive thru (fits one car in width), which means if theperson in front of you is waiting on an item, the rest of the line will wait as well. Don?t come here if you don?t have 20 minto spare in the morning or you will be late.

I just want to start off by saying this used to be my Favorite Dunkin location, but the last few times I've gone there have been HORRIBLE. To start off, the new system you have were you have two people standing outside taking payments in no way improves thedrive through line. It makes no sense. And the two guys you have standing out there all they do is play around. They make no eyecontact. Have their back turned towards you when handing you back you card. It's to the point where when I see them standing bythe window I would rather get out of the line instead of dealing with them. You need to go back to just letting people pay atthe window. And second. I ordered an avocado toast today. And for one it was the SMALLEST piece of bread. I didn't even knowthey made bread that small, secondly THE BREAD WAS SO HARD I couldn't even bite into it, the bread sliced the inside of my mouthand I couldn't even bite off a piece of the bread! THATS RIDICULOUS!! The whole quality of this location has become so trash. Iwill not be coming back to this location ever again. You guys are so worried about moving the drive through line along that thequality of your food and customer service has gone down the drain.

Love it here I go almost daily...but I have to admit I stopped for a while and drove to a different shop simply because the lady who has been there forever with the blonde hair is the meanest woman on the planet...you cannot tell her a thing..and she yellsat all the staff...she is always DA DA DA DAAAAAA SUPER MADDDD!!! Poor miserable lady I feel bad for her really.
