I love this restaurant. The food is delicious, always fresh, the service is impeccable. The owners are so genuine, caring and knowledgeable regarding their products. I haven’t started yet, but I’m going to use them as one of my go too’s on my weight loss journey.

This place literally has the best smoothies on this side of the city! MMM! You can basically mix everything smooth you want from fruit to whey. The food is amazing and their dessert bites are just so juicy and cute. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a healthy place to eat, grab a smoothie or have a fast protein shake before or after a good workout! Customer service is really the best I've seen for a long time and they take care of you and appreciate you as a customer. Love this place

My lady and I met this place when we visited NY. We were both desperate for a health kick after all the garbage we ate while on vacation and get smooth came through for us! We both have delicious smoothies and packs that are not disappointed at all! And the owners are a super friendly couple. Hold Killin’ it King and Queen!

The food was amazing every time. The owners treat us like family. So grateful that I live near this place. My 3 years old loves the chicken caesar salad. This is it. Treat for the whole family. I've exhausted most deserts sooo well. They won't be disappointed. Best smoothies I ever had. Love this place!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have the best and natural food you can find. I'm going from Lake Mary to get my smoothies and wraps. I wish they had more locations.
