Bidrage med feedbackI absolutely adore this restaurant! Whenever I'm in town, I always make it a point to stop by and enjoy their delicious caldereta and paella. The owner and staff ensure that you are well looked after. The food and service are both top-notch, and I can't express how highly I think of this place. It may be small, but I love the relaxed atmosphere and vibe. I'm even considering hosting a company party here soon.

I live nearby in Juna and somewhat overwhelmed with all the new restaurants opening up on Tulip. I noticed Sarsa open however gave it a few months before visiting so they could settle into their everyday business. Only recently have I started to eat at sarsa and I regret not making this decision sooner. The sweet n sour chicken wings are outstanding. Home made fresh sauce and the chicken cooked perfectly. The sarsa signature sauce is also very good and the menu is worth exploring. I have heard the butter shrimps are excellent therefore will add photo's in the next week when I visit Sarsa again. Above all else, what I like about Sarsa is the people. From Reg the owner to the wait staff and cooks, everyione in sync. Super polite, very friendly and you never have to wait for service. Sarsa maybe small but they pack a big punch. I have watched the restaurant quickly fill up with approx 30 guests all at one time and not once did I see the wait staff or cooks lose their cool. Everyone working together well and food being served promptly, it was a pleasure to see.
Sarsa delivered a feeling of comfort and familiarity with its food, reminiscent of home-cooked meals. The beef kaldereta was a standout dish, with the sauce being a highlight on its own. While I wish the portions were more generous, the grilled tuna belly with salsa provided a fresh twist to the meal. It was the perfect comfort food after a series of meetings in Davao. I look forward to trying their grilled pork on my next visit.
Our new place for buffalo wings! Perfectly cooked and the right spice. The pig bell was also amazing. Cooking took some time to order beer. The food is very worthwhile.
