Very good treatment from all the staff, the bartender was very friendly and the attention from the Administration was exceptional. I will return. I lacked places to visit and I think it is a good place to stay, cost vs facilities.

Very accommodating stay for me. Close to the beach, plenty of food, convenience stores and some shopping. I usually stay at Chesterfield but gave this one a try and was impressed. I don’t like the fact that if you have to extend your stay they release your original deposit of $100 and recharge another as banks take time to release it back into your account as well but hey if that’s as bad as it gets I’m cool with that. Rommy (not sure if I’m spelling that correctly), was a very helpful front desk professional. He went above and beyond to help me get checked in outside of the check in time due to unforeseen events that I encountered on my way there. Then Maria (the manager) was super sweet and helpful in making sure my deposit was released and even treated me with a bottle of complimentary wine. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. I seen reviews about the keys not working, well if you use them as instructed “they work just fine”, I had no issues there. The lounge area and bar downstairs is super nice and so is the staff. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Catherine was the best! Very nice and accommodating treated me with the upmost hospitality!

DISHONEST AND THIEVES They do not return the deposit. It's incredible, they don't respond to emails and calls. prepare to be robbed

Fun hotel in the heart of South Beach. Close to the beach and Ocean Drive. Definitely will be staying here again. My only complaint is there is no pool.
