Peppermill at Ramada Plaza Hotel

This restaurant is dull and lacks atmosphere, with only a handful of hotel guests. It is in need of a renovation, including an update to the menu. The staff put in effort, but are limited by the resources available to them.

During our stay at the Ramada hotel, we decided to try the complimentary breakfast and were pleasantly surprised. We were expecting a simple continental breakfast, but instead we were treated to a full-service meal with a variety of options including sausages, home fries, scrambled eggs, toast, fruit, muffins, tea, coffee, and three different types of juice. The servers were extremely attentive and helpful, making our dining experience enjoyable.

We had to wait for the waiter to seat us as it was very busy. We only had breakfast at this restaurant. The tea was nice and hot, but unfortunately our waiter did not return to ask if we wanted another cup. The breakfast included both hot and cold food and was just okay. They had a selection of fruit, both fresh and canned.

I had a conference at the hotel but didn't stay there. I decided to grab breakfast at the buffet since it would be quick. The food was good and at the right temperature. However, if getting breakfast there again I would order from the menu instead as it was pretty pricey for what was offered.

My girl friend traveled there last week, and she got baited on her left leg. It was a bad experience.
