Bangkok Thai Ivory Cuisine - Dartmouth

Had the prepared curry huhn dinner special. very good and the prices were very good. recommend this place for good quality Thai food to appropriate trips.

The bangkok thai ivory presents a beautiful ambiente when they visited Thailand its easy to see influence. I was sitting, quite fast I was given attention. but when the waiter could not answer any questions to the directed, it was happy that the duration of my service came from two beautiful ladies. they were really the high light for this culinary experience! the food lacked the combination of seasoning and crumble, the Thai food its very distinctive character was disappointing. beginning with the chilies, ' if the menu shows even a chile you can expect a minimal hot spice. it also lacked additional taste, lemongrass, garlic, ingwer, cilantro; the cocoss soup was an indescribable liquid cocosnus with some sticks of sweet.

I can't believe reviews saying Thai Ivory has small portions, How much are you used to eating?! I used to eat here when they first opened, as it is close to my office so picking up lunch was convenient. I hadn't been here for a...while and ordered take out yesterday to bring back. The lunch special comes to and you get a very good amount of food for that price. I was full right up until supper time after eating my lunch. For I can barely get a salad at Freshii... I had the crispy chicken, which came with rice, hot and sour soup, and a spring roll. The thai sweet and sour sauce came separately from the chicken, which was nice as when restaurants dump the sauce on the chicken for takeout, by the time you get where you are going, it is soggy. Not the case here. My chicken was crispy, the way it should be. The service has always been pleasant every time I have been here to pick up my order, and the décor in the restaurant is beautiful. Definitely a great lunch option in Dartmouth crossing!

Across the street from the Hampton Inn in Dartmouth Crossing where we stayed so it was convenient. Ordered takeout to eat in the room. Portions seemed small but we paid full price for take out. Red curry with veggies was good but the pad Thai...was extremely dry. Hot sour soup was a bit different. Hard to put a finger on the cause. But just not as flavorful as one would expect. Can't comment on the service since we didn't eat in, but for one appetizer and two entrees seems a bit high.

Dinner at Bangkok Thai Ivory last evening; fantastic on all counts. Service was great, we were promptly seated, provided water and menus. We had calamari for appetizer, and ordered dinner combos which included soups, a spring roll, and entree. Green curry was amazing; husband had...beef pad thai, which was equally fantastic. Food was fresh, piping hot, flavourful and plentiful. Will definitely return and would recomment.
