Taco Bell - Dartmouth

I don?t usually leave bad reviews unless I feel it?s necessary, because I know that the fast food industry is stressful. Though when I went into this Taco Bell (the one next to the Dartmouth mall) my family and I ordered on the touch screen that you seewhen you first walk in. We all ordered different burritos and 3 regular sized Baja blasts sodas. NOT the freeze. I made sure toavoid the freeze option because we wanted the soda. It was mostly empty in the store, but there was a lunch rush in the drivethru so when out food was taking FOREVER, I tried to push it off due to the rush. There was another customer who had been therefor a while and he was getting impatient because his food was not ready after a long while. He went to complain and they broughtout his food immediately, as if they had just forgot about him. When I went to get my food, the drinks were missing. I explainedthat I wanted 3 regular sized Baja blasts for me and my sisters and instead they brought out 3 freezes even though I clearlyexpressed that I did not want the freeze. Then, when I bit into my spicy cheesy chicken burrito, I found that they gave me thespicy cheesy steak burrito instead! I did not complain at the time because we had already payed for the food and I have no issuewith steak, although I would?ve preferred the chicken. I tried to chalk it up to a rush or under staffing, but neither was theissue! We even ordered online from within the store so that they wouldn?t get held up with us taking forever to decide! I amvery disappointed with this Taco Bell. I understand it is a busy location but they got multiple things wrong in my order!! Evenwhen I told them what I wanted!!

Our food was correct and tasty but they had us wait about 15 minutes for it and there was no line inside and the drive thru only had 2 cars

Normally I don?t do this but this is the 2 time that i was charged when I ordered 12 soft tacos extra meat( soy) and paid 34 and would you know it like the first time was given about 4/5 with extra and the rest normal skimpy servings not sure why theycharge me for extra on all when I get regular size portions. This really stopped me from going once a week to hardly . Now Ithink Taco Bell just got my last order and last time ripping me off .sorry but 2 times and you would to if you paid 34 for 12regular sorry 8 regular tacos !!!!!!

Nick was so nice! Apologized for the wait because a machine went down wasn?t even 2 minutes, our order was perfect and they gave us extra sauce too!

Line was long but moved quickly. Taco was delicious. Much better than my local Taco Bell. Here it's hard to find the meat.
