New Crystal Kebab House - Dartford

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. Been ordering from here for the last 5yrs always good, but today was really bad. Waited an hour and a half for food when it arrived it was cold and order was wrong. Called them and they said there's nothing they could do. Appalling service, I'm really disappointed.

Ali is consistently pleasant, kind, and polite. The food is always served hot and meets the expectations of a typical kebab shop.

We often have food delivered from here. Nothing fancy but tasty. We did have a problem with slow delivery and food barely warm but that seems to have been sorted. The chips are the best we have tasted locally.

I ordered from this restaurant for the first time last night and I will not be using them again. The chicken kebab was flavorless and extremely dry, it seemed like it was leftover from the day before. It was a total waste of money.

Quite honestly the best chicken kebab I've ever had. So much delicious food we couldn't even eat it all!
