Find it great that on the map all dishes are clearly marked as vegetarian or vegan. There are some vegan appetizers (salt, tomato soup, broschetta) and vegetarian with cow cheese. Then about three vegan main dishes and additionally a vegetarian main dish. For dessert there was a vegan mousse au chocolat, apple crumbs or sorbet ice cream. Can I imagine more vegan dishes coming in the future. I brought the suggestion for a vegan carving

In the meantime, the custom offers some good vegan options. Every Tuesday there is also a veggie day where more vegetarian/vegan dishes are offered.
