Great beer selection and was able to get fresh American beers and excellent German beers at really amazing prices. Highly recommended. However, their staff is only speaking German so be prepared to translate if you don't understand any German.

Worlds Greatest Beer Market. If you like beer, I think they have beers from over 50 countries and 5000 or so brands. I've gone there since the early 80's whenever I'm in that part of Germany. You can't beat the selection. They even carried Miller, so I could show my relatives there how severely I was suffering in the states in those pre micro brew days. It is Nirvana and must see for a beer lover. You will not have seen this many brands in one location before. Mind you, this is not a Gasthaus or or Restaurant. You can purchase there, but not tables. It is just a Getreankehandel (beverage seller) on steroids. However, if you like a taste, Germany has sensible Alcohol laws, so if you can't wait, you can legally get a taste in the parking lot if you are 16 or older. Age is usually not enforced either.
