Last Sunday I was eating at the restaurant during an event... at least I had it before. In the lunch break of the event, of course, there was a little more urge at the counter, but far from that it was a lot. I ordered grilled sheep cheese with Peperoni wild-price strawberries on Salatbouquet for €12.90. After waiting for 20 minutes, a plate with two baked camembert and salad and berries was served. To this end, the statement that the sheep's cheese is unfortunately out and one hopes that Camembert is fine. Of course, I was not thrilled because in such a situation one actually assumes to be asked what one wants to eat otherwise. My demand for the Peperoni to do so was that they were also out. Since I did not like to pay €12.90 for two Camembert (even the white bread actually belonging to it) with salad, I wanted to ask for a price adjustment. And from there the fun started. As it turned out, it was the boss himself who looked at her procedure correctly and with an undamaged way, together with loudly strong comments, made her sit on my demand for a price adjustment at the table. Two minutes later she came back with a plate of cut paprika as a Pepperoni substitute, but I thankfully refused and insisted on my money, because on the one hand I did not get the food, which I wanted and on the other hand I did not tolerate such an unprofessional and also undamaged kind. The boss gave me a nice 10,50€, which wasn't the price I paid. So, to the cashier and to the full amount. I still told the boss that this was an absolutely unprofessional behavior and left the restaurant. The other employees were very nice, professional and accommodating. I can't say how the food tastes. Other present were very satisfied (if they got the right food). Fun Fact: Camembert is not on the menu. I guess you've been spelled out of the cooler somewhere...

Small, but sufficient card. The food tasted, the service was fast and friendly.
