Kirketon Hotel - Darlinghurst

My room is smoke. The receptionist wanted to know it wasn't a smoke smell. She said she'd turn to cleaners. No room exchange offered. Tiles lack and bathroom grouting in need of care. No elevator... so many older customers saw difficulties. I just had hand luggage, but you didn't want to pull a suitcase in the narrow stairs.

Upon entering the lobby we immediately noticed a showcase cabinet with broken glass on the back. 2. Surprise was that there was no elevator, so we had to raise the luggage on two stairs. The ceramic of the toilet bowl was badly cracked and very unhygienicly repaired. Picture attached. Once the towel was badly colored. Picture attached. Housekeeping was not available as they literally replaced our towels. You made the bed, too. The photo of what we found under the cover is also appropriate. Definitely false advertising. We were very disappointed.

Friendly welcome at the hotel. Basic and small rooms. Good as 1 night hotel if you don't have to stay long in your room

The staff at the hotel was very helpful. The space itself, however, is very simple. The toilet walls were dirty, the sink did not properly drain and everything over the standard room was minimal. It's good if you want to crash a place for the night.

The rooms are practical and well-maintained. Everything in my room was in working order. The main drawback of the hotel is the lack of dining options, as guests have to go elsewhere for meals, including breakfast. Because of this, the hotel may be considered slightly overpriced. On the positive side, the reception staff are very friendly and accommodating.
