Fortuna - Darlinghurst (NSW)

The Easter Sunday lunch at this restaurant left much to be desired, as the sandwiches on the Easter menu were underwhelming. The quality of the sandwiches was disappointing, and even a sandwich from a cafe would have been a better option at a lower price.

The manager does not let us use the voucher of thefork, he said it can only be applied for certain items.

The service was attentive without being intrusive. the atmosphere was beautiful and casual helped by the decoration that was breezy and simple. I like the fact that it has a small menu to lunch, but felt that eating had been a bit better the fries were dry and cooked over and the sandwiches a bit over roasted. overall with some consistency in the food, this could be a really great place.

Tiramisu was amazing and just a great place to relax and chat.

The portion size at this restaurant was very disappointing. The steak was served plain without any side dishes, resembling a steak cooked at home. The greens I ordered had promised walnuts but I had to search for them. Although the service was good, I left feeling unsatisfied as I went back hungry despite ordering 3 main dishes, a side, and 3 drinks.
