Au Bon Pain - Darby Township

Au Bon Pain promised to transition its egg supply to cage-free and now they're failing to update customers on their progress. I'm disappointed that I can no longer patronize this restaurant in good conscience.

Great location, they ran out of 12 veggie soup today and the manager made great effort to accommodate the customers. I come here for lunch all the time the staff is amazing

Unfortunately, the stuff don’t want be bothered ??‍ specifically when you ask for a cappuccino or anything that take them time !!!

Re-staffing this location would not be a bad idea. The staff there now is rude and I'm constantly disappointed. One staff member got an attitude when I tried to tell her she made my breakfast order incorrectly. And another time I placed an online order well in advance and still had to wait an additional 15 minutes when I got there. I've tried this location several times since I work in the attached building, and I just never have a pleasant experience, so I just won't be returning.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the eggwhites and cheese with fresh avocado on a multigrain roll. The tuna fish didn't like . The chocolate chip cookies are amazing.
