Shark's Grill - Danville

Took my wife there today for her 65th birthday. We like to find little out of the way eateries instead of the Chain eateries. We had the calamari for an app, it was fresh and delicious. We then had the Fried Mixed Seafood Platter. The shrimp was jumbo sized and the catfish was fresh and cooked perfectly flaky. The4 calamari was good on the platter also, French fries were large and great. The food and service was great they even gave a slice of cheese cake to my wife for her birthday. Highly recommend this place, you won 't be disappointed.

The owners are friendly. Staff greets you when you enter. Food is very good.

Today me and my family came here for a quick brunch and we were waiting forever for our food. there was a family next to us who did not speak much english but were very sweet since we both chatted while waiting for our meals. they had been there twenty minutes prior to us and were also still waiting for their food even after we got ours. once they got their food there was some miscommunication and the waiter handled it very rudely, telling the family next time say it correctly because now i have to remake it because of you. totally unfair to the family and could have been handled differently. back to my food, i got a soft shell crab sandwich that was far from edible. not the most enjoyable experience
