Cook Out - Danville

I went by Cookout yesterday evening. The young lady working the window was so rude. Just an overall nasty attitude. She almost threw my bag at me an shoved the drink in my hand. My wife said, what is wrong with her. No one knows. Maybe training wouldhelp. Most of all I didn't say anything rude to her. I also said, thank you as she handed me my drink and sandwich. This wasbetween 5-6pm Wednesday.

Cookout is a nice refreshing change when you are tired of all the regular fast food choices. I love their white cheddar bites and their char broiled Cajun chicken sandwiches, they really hit the nail on the head when you want that charred bbq chicken offthe grill taste.

Drive thru is ridiculous,.. needed more space for drive thru when designed! You end up sitting out in the road for over half the time.

What the hell is going on this is our favorite burger place anywhere no where makes burgers like danville cook out well up tell the last 2 or 3 weeks the food has been trash meats half cooked unseasonably toppings falling of today I git a moldy bun. Nothing like this has ever happened at cook out their food is usually top knotch who ever yall put in that kitchen in the last month get rid of the they don't know what they doin an gonna kill someone and your business. Fix the food back I'll fix my raiting back

Below avg., e.g., forgets sauce or forgets Vlassic pickles or out of onion rings while overload w/literal sliced onion rings on my burger ? when I said no onions on burger).I 'm from RDU, NC where there are plenty of Cookouts! Lynchburg needs as many Cookouts as Chik-Fil-A literally 4x within 1x block of each other, on the same road). Or at least open 1x more Cookout! And eventually open a 3rd. More than 3x would probably cut into profit ?. At least have 2x Cookouts! I mean come on!Atmosphere: literally the inside will be packed! Every seat/booth filled line out the door, in conjunction with drive-through lane being SO full it extends out into main road, that 's connected to a 4x way major intersection!
