Domino's Pizza - Daniel Island

The WORST delivery service and guess what? You would think they would kill here as there is no competition, how bad can management be? Pizza ordered and not delivered from the oven 50 minutes later, hold for 5 minutes, then said oh ok, we can do this to you now around yuk. No, thanks.

What you would expect. The staff is very friendly at this point. Orders were always correct.

I wanted me to catch the name of the young man. He was so kind! And very helpful. The pizza was also delicious! Thank you for a great experience!

I have witnessed approximately 90% of Domino 's drivers on DI drive recklessly quick, sharp turns; no turn signals; speeding; etc etc. I have actually walked into Domino 's on three separate occasions and spoken to three separate managers about the reckless driving issue. In fact, one of the drivers happened to be there while I was speaking with the manager and admitted to speeding because he was racing a colleague. Not okay. Speaking of timeliness of deliveries, I made a Domino 's order at 8:20 tonight that was checked for perfection at 8:30. At 8:50, the status had not changed therefore I called the store and was informed that my order was the next one to go out. At 9:15pm the status still had not changed, therefore I called and they said the order still had not yet gone out. I asked for a refund. They asked if I still wanted my food and I respectfully declined because why would I want cold pasta? I had been meaning to delete the app off my phone for some time now and I finally have done so tonight. Domino 's is NOT the best pizza, anyway, and I was only going to be trying their pasta for the first time. I won 't ever try it from this Domino 's, as I don 't even intend on picking up for take out. It 's a damn shame because they 're one of only two places on Daniel Island that delivers. The other is Lidi.
