Starbucks - Dania Beach

I got a birthday reward and decided to redeem it on the same day. the barista did not listen and tried to load me twice as I used the dieucks app to pay. my drink was good, but almost being charged for a free drink, was a spirit that floats.

Why is it that some Starbucks customer service are excellent and anothers you have to ask for everything.. is it the age? hope not. Dania Point servers need a little bit more....not a complaint just an observation... .

The most expensive coffee and the worst service especially drive through, sarcasm and attitude I have never experienced that especially with a males staff. Awful staff manager didn’t respond to the issue. Lousy and careless.

We were visiting family so we stopped off at this location for a cup coffee, my husband gets in car and lid falls right off and he has hot coffee all over him, as I sit down same thing happened to me luckily it didn't ruin any of my clothes but all way to where we were going had to sit with hot coffee! These aren't the usual defective lids that you get, these kids never fit on cup ...
