Purchase a hook and ladder online 2 hrs in advance when I got to the store still wasn't ready when I did get it the sandwich was made with only cheese, meat and onions ? I drove 45min just to get back to work and not have lunch after calling them back the young lady then tell me they are out of tomatoes and lettuce and if I wanted to come back for the pickle I should of been told that before hand

They put literally one slice of meat on my sandwich. If I wasn’t already late on my lunch break I would have went back.Food: 1/5

I arrived on Sunday Father's Day. And I walked in and I was told the system is down they're not serving any subs. The next day I called to speak to the manager to ask if they were honoring the promotion. That they had on sunday since the system was down. I was told no and she hung up the phone. I called back and asked if they have a corporate office phone number. She said go online and get it and asked me what the hell is wrong with me And hung up the phone again. Extremely rude and unprofessional off.

Just a heads up The small size sub is really a “mini” sandwich. Of course the staff here can’t control sizes set by corporate. However, the staff was not the friendliest and my online order came out wrong. My sandwich came with cheese already, but I also added extra cheese for more money. My sandwich not only didn’t have the extra that I ordered it didn’t have any at all! $10 for a 4 inch sandwich (no combo). Unfortunately I won’t be back. The Firehouse Subs in Davie is much better with way nice employees.
