Le Petit Chalet - Dampierre-en-Yvelines

General assistance in the Le Petit Chalet good ground dishes Ei Mayonnaise, Terrine and then mushrooms Omelette washed with a glass of red, finish with coffee. Characteristic decor that gives the restaurant a nice warm and friendly atmosphere. Efficient and friendly service.

I went there for the third time and as usual the meat quality was very good. Friendly staff. All right. Definitely recommended

We had a table outside in this restaurant, but when we left, it was really too cool to sit outside. We wanted to sit in and the server told us it was outside or not because it was all booked. Some... went away from our party, but I really wanted to eat here because of the good reviews I would read. I asked another server by if we could sit inside and she immediately replied yes. We had a nice table in this beautiful chalet restaurant. The decor is amusing and the place is comfortable. We sat a few tables away from the door that had to be opened out because of all the diners and the waiter needed to hurry. This was quite breezy and we noticed that almost all in the restaurant have eaten with their coats on because of the cool air. That's really too bad because it's not great to wear a coat at the table. That said we had wonderful food. I had a steak that was just excellent. The potatoes were also good. The meat comes with a warm must cream sauce that was so good. Someone in our group had an omelet with mushrooms and she was very disappointed and even sick later. The mushrooms were trumpet de morte and they almost have them! The desserts were great! I ordered the profiterole and with mistakes (or maybe they wanted to give me the bigger order) I got the XXL proiferols, which was special this day. It was ridiculously huge and was mostly ice cream and chocolate sauce, but it was my birthday, so was the hen. There was a table of 3 pairs in this small place and everyone had a very young child. Three weeping babies and parents jump constantly to consolate them is simply not my idea of a nice lunch. The restaurant staff also seemed to be a little concerned about it, but there is really nothing that can be done in such a situation. I would definitely return to this place, but hopefully on a warmer day. The outdoor terrace is beautiful and great in sunshine.

Left quite frustrated! We waited a long time for everything! Especially the main at lest 40mins this is crazy for not a famous restaurant etc.

We found ourselves in the Left Bank after a long day and wandered up a little street off Saint Germain Boulevard.
