The first category which is the atmosphere is excellent, there are seats inside and outside and they are both good. Second category which is the service, it was pretty good, depends on who gets to you. The third and most important is the food and it's price, the prices are reasonable, and the food is in range from good to excellent, the best thing we had, in my opinion, is the eggs dish.

It a known restaurant in ER. They’re still maintaining the same quality. The menu has a wide variety of options. The staff is beyond nice and friendly. I prefer ordering their Italian food other than that is average. Their outdoor dining area is great.

The place is well decorated and lovely. It is quite. The have outdoor seating area and it looks wonderful. The staffs are welcoming and helpful. The food is Ok but it is pricey.

I’ve been regular customer for Balcony since it’s opening, but I was surprised be the decline when I visited last night. The just made a new menu deleting a number of items including Greek salad which I used to order. The soup and Arabic platter remained so we ordered. The soup was so creamy and did not have the cumin flavor like before. The beetroot hummus with Arabic platter was liquid like water. The restaurant gives a paper feedback form with the bill, so I provided my honest opinion
