Chipotle Mexican Grill - Daly City

Rice was hard and undercooked, my chicken bowl had bones in it, and overall my dish did not taste good at all. I ended up throwing the rest of it out. Will not be coming back.

You order online and go pick up your order and the employees says, “oh to let you know we are out of chips; you will receive a refund on your app”. Really no sorry or thank you??!! I gave a tip; wish i could get that back too. My recommendation is tell us what you are out of!! I would rather go to the one in Colma. Customer service is horrible here in Westlake.

Second time at this place. Last experience was not that bad so thought of giving a second chance but this time it was really disappointing ?. Ordered a chicken burrito with all the veggies and white rice. Was really excited to have it and as soon as I took a 1st bite the white rice was not cooked and I can feel it with every bite I took to make sure. Please pay attention to your main ingredient as it might upset the stomach. Very sensitivity matter. Thank you

This place is wayyyyyy understaffed. Takes forever to get anything.

This is the third time I've ordered a bowl, chips and guacamole online and when I get home there are no chips and when I complain or I'm sorry, next time we'll give you a bag of Ships. I'm not going to trust and go to this place anymore. The employees are in a bad mood.
