Longhorn Steakhouse - Dalton

I just want to say tonight we ran into an issue at longhorn! I prefer not to state the issue online however I do want to say that they handle it amazingly! The not only took care of the plate that had the issue they completely took care of your whole bill! They went above and beyond what was expected! I tried to pay for the rest of my meals and the manager on duty insisted on handling all of my bill! I will be returning to eat here more often! Not to mention I have an autistic non verbal Child whom they always accommodate! Couldn’t be more please with all this!

This was such a nice experience! Our waitress was amazing, and my steak was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. I have a Longhorn in my current town, but I think the drive will be worth coming back to this one instead.

The food was delicious and the service was great had steak leftover just just hand her the next day as it was when I had it that night
