Mcdonald's - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

Worst mcdonalds ive been i have to wait 45 minutes in a drive thru...they need more people that can do fast orders...i dont think its fair to wait along time

We need more smiling face supervisors talking to me with a tone screaming and bad attitude just because I was gonna get soda refill this is the reason I don't visit McDonald's in this neighborhood you all hired anyone for this kind of position with no customer services experience doesn't have any type of respect for customers supervisor Wednesday April 24 at 1:00 pm

Every time I have came to this McDonald’s it’s issues the managers are rude the fries are always cold or over cooked I used my app to show I had made a purchase and left my drink and they still wouldn’t give me my drink which all it was was a 1.89 hi c if you got the gas drive to Elam McDonald’s they are way nicer and food is always fresh

Customer service is horrible. Cashier is rude and disrespectful.

Hg don’t like her job. If y’all can’t give good service don’t expect people not to be rude back
