I love the taste of everything here, but for a reason they always seem to be sick of working there and are pretty rude, and it’s always closed pretty early, and they always have an

Told me to come back in five minutes because they were restocking. I come back 25 mins later and they were still not done and the people had the audacity to catch an attitude WITH ME because I was annoyed that I wasted my break waiting on them to be done. This is not the first time that this has happened and it’s getting really old and it makes y’all look bad. Stop telling customers to come back within a specific time frame if you’re not gonna be ready for them. I’m honestly pissed that I waited my entire break and they still were not done and I’m upset that I didn’t get to eat because of it. It’s rude and unprofessional. The only reason you guys got two stars instead of one is because I like two of the people that work there and they are friendly. But everyone else is rude when those two people aren’t around.

Declined to make me a drink at 7:45PM. You’re at the mall, If you close at 8 I except to make drinks until then. Ridiculous.

So with no posted hours today I was told we close a hour before the mall does and we are not taking anymore orders make me sad I will never return at anytime
