The cookies are always fine I have rarely had problems with my order. However, the customer service is HORRIBLE. I’ve picked up cookies the past two days the girl grumpily walked to the car, didn’t say a word, didn’t smile, rolled her eyes at me when I told her to have a good day. I will not be returning to this crumbl because of her. I’ll be driving the extra 5 minutes to the second closest to my house.

Cookies are always fresh and delicious. Service is quick and mostly friendly (depends on location). Overall love how fast getting the cookies goes.

I stopped by here for the 1st time today. Pretty plain brick and mortar shop with the focus on the cookies. Cookies ran about $5 a piece, and I ordered the dulce de Leche and chocolate chip cookie. Pretty good, honestly. Not the absolute best cookies I've ever had, but well made. The only complaint was during check out it asked if I wanted to add a tip. Aint no way yall are asking for a tip for opening up an oven door and putting a cookie in a box, lol. I used to run a jimmy johns, and tipping inshops was literally discouraged. Dunno if I'll be back.

I look forward to their Lucky Charms cookie and I received the worst presentation. I should have checked the cookie prior to leaving the store. I got two warm cookies and the second cookie was perfect. They can 't blame the heat from the cookie as a reason why it looked absolutely messy. The employees also talked very secretive when they saw my order. I could be imagining, but it seemed like they were making fun of me.
