Whataburger - Dallas

We were here for dinner. The lady was a bit rude upfront on the register. She's thw person where black pants and white shirt. She's the only person dressed differently from everyone else. I had asked for hot coffee and she said I don't have any, but Iguess I'll make it.. ???? But she said it in a rudely matter. They also forgot to give me an order of fries ???? and jalapeñoranch and then said she didn't have any.. Other than that food was good.

I love Whataburger!! Hey y'all!! ???????????????? I went to this Whataburger around 3am, I got the bacon cheeseburger and a root beer float (they don't sell root beer floats but if you ask for a Dr Pepper shake ask them to use root beer instead -Delicious!! I got to the window and it was 5 people in eyesight putting the orders together! I'm not complaining because myfood was piping hot! And the guy that made my shake made it perfectly!! I would definitely go back to this location late atnight. Follow me! ??

It happed twice they make wrong order. I told them don't add tomatoes in my burger but guess what it was in burger. It only happend when i ordered early morning around 1 AM to 3 AM. At this time Staff was not friendly at all. Please fix this problem.

Service here is always great. Whataburger is always slow with a longer wait than most places but I don't mind because the food seems fresh and delicious. It seems also like the same people have worked here for years and honestly enjoy their jobs, whichtranslates to friendly service. Love them.

The lady who took my order at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. The name Nu-Nu was on the black jacket she wore. How was this person manager? I'm going to the counter and said hello to which she just looked at me. She took my order, but was short and decisive in her answers. Did I make this person wrong in another life? The rest of the staff I interacted with was kind. Usually I have a good experience in Whataburger..
