I ordered a matcha drink, they were out. Cashier offered a bundle with a bakery article, they were from the lemon cake I preferred. I give 4 stars b/c 1) she cashier was obviously brand new and I know that they have very little actual control over everything; and 2) she manager was super apologetic about the tea I requested and let me go with a frappe as I had to change my order. Also the pumpkin hat was super good!
When it comes to coffee, I usually visit Dutch Bro's when a place is nearby, but this special Starbucks deserves a five star rating. Exceptional service! Fast, friendly, polite and FUN staff! I didn't do the usual thing about this starbuck, waiting for my name for ten minutes. They were busy, but very efficient. Very recommended
The young ladies running this stand today are fantastic. I went from a roared mess after checking out in Safeway to this stand where the girls were so pleasant and calm I feel much better. Thank you. Ladies!
I use the Starbucks App. It is so nice to put in my order on the App and then just drive thru and pickit up. My coffee and muffin were perfect!!
