The ribs were well seasoned. The brisket was not seasoned. Mac&cheese was good. Cabbage was good. Customer service was great! Even gave me a sample. 3 stars on food but 4 because of the customer service. It’s not the best but far from the worst!! Would definitely eat again.Food: 4/5

Ordered a build your own bowl with double chopped beef, and looked as if he just gave me a single chopped beef. Asked if he could add more, and added very little. For $14, I expected more, but the food was still good.Food: 5/5

My first ever Texas BBQ experience. I must say...WOW. Simply WOW.The brisket was perfectly smoked and was juicy, tender, and absolutely delicious.The sausage was nice and crisp on the outside, perfectly juicy and smokey on the inside. Flavor overwhelming!The pulled pork was wonderfully juicy and smoked. I love the chewiness of the skin!I got their spicy potatos and their wet beans (forgot the name) for the sides. Both were spectacular and complimented the meats beautifully.All the meats were very well smoked and cooked. The portions were generous and was only aple to finish 70% of my meal (which i will enjoy at home).The employees were all very kind. The tall caucasian man (who seems to be the owner) was a man of kind demeanor and professionalism. It is Texans such as this man that know what they are doing with whatever they are doing. In this case, the food was absolutely to die for!Nice atmosphere and tables. I was going to take this food to go, but the bright and comfy atmosphere made me change my mind.I can see why texas is the BBQ capital of the world. I have never tasted such delicious bbq in my life. I am so happy that this place is just 2 miles from the Us Xpress yard which is where i park my semi truck when i go home. You bet your pants i'll be a repeat customer! I can't wait to be hungry again so i can come back here! Thank you for existing!Update: Ate here again the next day. Got the sausage and briskets with the same sides. It was almost closing time so the meat was low, but that's not surprising considering this is probably the best BBQ in the world. It was every bit as good as tge day before. I'm sad to be back out on the road in my semi on Monday and knowing i won't be able to eat this until my next home time.

We loved big Bruce barbeque and when soulman barbeque took over we loved their food as well. But yesterday our food wasn't that great. The appearance was sloppy, and we only got 3 ribs and one very hot link that was sliced up and this was a two meat plate. I recall getting more meat on a two meat order than this. This order look as a kids meal. The two huge double barrel bake potatoes were small and only had one scoop of sour cream but the BACON and chives all missing. We spent $35.00 for some good barbeque and end up being cheated. We really love Soulman barbeque and will return but I pray there will be a different crew taking our orders with appreciation for their job making sure all customers are satisfied with food their buying. Praise God

Craving BBQ on the way home. Google searched and found Soulmans right on the way home. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. In and out quickly. Food was amazing. The ribs were fall off the bone and had incredible flavor. The turkey and sides were also very good. Nothing negative to say about Soulmans. Highly recommend you try this BBQ place, you won't regret it.
