Bidrage med feedbackI would recommend updating the Facebook page regularly. My party went to the establishment for an event we say on fb page, came there and there was no event. The manager said it was cancelled, but we were unaware
I had a fantastic experience at this bar. Even though another customer tried to start trouble with me for no reason, the bouncer quickly intervened and kicked him out. The staff treated everyone with respect, regardless of which school they supported, and I really appreciated that. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was great. I will definitely be returning to this bar in the future. Don't pay attention to negative reviews caused by someone looking to cause trouble while intoxicated. I have a lot of respect for the staff at this establishment.
If I could give zero stars, I would! This was the worst experience from the moment we walked in. We arrived to find the restaurant completely empty, with tables available everywhere. Despite this, every single employee ignored us as they walked by, not bothering to approach us or offer any assistance. After 15 minutes of being ignored, we decided to leave. The bartender just continued to stare at us without saying anything. The lack of customer service was rude and disgusting. We ended up going to KSP Henderson where the service was amazing!
The bouncer at High Fives, Reed, aggressively pulled on my disabled friend's back brace when she tried to sit down. When we informed the bar about the incident on social media, they blocked us and anyone else reporting it. It is concerning that they are not willing to hold their staff accountable for mistreating a disabled woman. Furthermore, a staff member's response suggesting that she should not have been at the bar indicates that they are not accommodating to individuals with disabilities. It is clear that they prioritize their online image over the well-being of their customers, which could result in legal consequences.
What a pleasant experience! I took my parents, I grew up watching the Simpsons with my father and thought it was nice to surprise him with the pop-up. We arrived, I was asked to show ID (I am an 80s baby so thank you for the compliment and we could bring the dog! It was a warm afternoon on the terrace, but the fans helped so it wasn't too bad. It was funny, the “Duff” beer and the themes Krusty Burger, and the decor was great. Everything felt clean and sanitary, and the tables were spread out. Parking for $5. Everyone was super friendly- special scream after Patrick. He greeted my parents and made us feel special when we arrived. The bartenders and the servers, the doorman. Honestly, the service was only really great - and this is the most important thing for me. My parents moved to Texas a few years ago and places like these make me happy to be pulled here and treated with kindness. Thanks for the southern hospitality!
