Herb's House Coffee Company - Dallas

We have been visiting Herb's coffee shop for many years.Diana, Kurt, and Pam are true treasures. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. And the best part? They have superb coffee and delicious breakfast tacos.Food: 5/5

I had a strawberry shortcake latte 1/2 sweet and a medium roast coffee with steamed milk. Both were very good and the space was comfortable to work in. Their playlist was great and upbeat which doesn’t normally happen with coffee shops I’ve been to. I’ve only left out a few stars because it was hard to communicate with the baristas or ask more questions about their menu because they’d be having side conversations with each other at the same time.

Came in and attempted to order an iced coffee that another user recommended in a review. An employee took my order and began making the drink. Another person, presumably a manager, came over and told them that it was a “seasonal drink” and to make me something else. The ingredients were clearly on hand, as the other employee had already started making the drink. If they didn’t have the ingredients, I’d understand. But since they clearly had what they needed, why not just make it as requested?With so many other great coffee shops nearby, I won’t be returning.

Great place to get some work done. Tons of general seating, plus some larger conference rooms available to reserve. Cool vibe. Recommend.Notice to fellow coffee snobs. They don't really do pour overs, even though it's on their menu.

Nice space. The coffee is really good and have great pastries. They had a Taylor Swift playlist and I LOVED IT They also have some coworking spaces available
