Chipotle Mexican Grill - Dallas

This restaurant offers one of the healthiest options for fast food. The long lines can be frustrating, but it shows that the product is high quality. My favorite is the chicken burrito with extra spicy sauce. I do wish they had a drive-thru, as many people take their food to go. However, they do a great job of packing your lunch to take to the office.

My husband and I brought our 5-year-old to our first PTA fundraiser at this restaurant tonight. The staff working were incredible! Despite the busy atmosphere and loud noise, similar to a nightclub, they provided delicious food and outstanding service. Everyone was welcoming and professional, and I am truly impressed by this team!

I am reluctant to leave a negative review because I truly enjoy Chipotle. The quality of their products, freshness, and flavor are always top-notch, so my experience may not be representative of the entire company. Unfortunately, this particular location consistently messes up my order. I always order something simple and it is always correct on my receipt, but I can almost guarantee that there will be something missing or incorrect when I order online. This is especially frustrating for me as a busy full-time emergency room worker and caregiver to my 5-month-old baby. It's disappointing that they can't simply read a piece of paper and follow instructions. After a year of continuously receiving wrong orders, I am tired of complaining to the app. My advice to others is to double check your order before leaving, as there is a high chance it may not be what you expected.

Put an order online and they forget my 2 orders from chips and guac. as if their guac is not expensive. back there to inform them about their mistake and to replace my things and got nothing but a job of the workers. even online automation was much more helpful and understanding.

I think the worst chipotle the management is bad just joking with colleagues not to leave any help to the customers other people who have to do with a big line of customers, cashier no kind at all and online nierrr will order. unsanitary business very dirty
