Burger King - Dallas

I ordered the new chicken sandwich yesterday over a turf and received a overboiled, dried, chewing, gumy, hard chaos. the taste was terrible. I had the new sandwich before and loved it, so clearly it was a problem with this place. Beyond that, the load did not remove any item from my acknowledgement that he could not fulfill. had to contact doordash for refunds on both items. I will never order from them again.

This location is off Walnut Hill Ln. Being that their isn't that many locations open anymore I had to Google Maps this Burger King. Business was slow so the service was not a problem. Food was good,fries were hot and crisp,so no complaints. It's just a shame how a place like Burger King isn't as popular as it once was.

Cashier was VERY RUDD and the speaker didn't seem to work well at all. My order was almost right. The people pasted the window seemed nice. It's in a bad area..

I really wish I could leave a zero but whoever the lady is that’s working rn at 11:33 am with black braids is rude as hell! I came in to pick up a Uber order and she was calling out 26 and once they got they food she just repeatedly ignored me and kept calling number I said hi I have a Uber picker showed my phone and she kept ignoring me didn’t even acknowledge me .. this was a trash experience and her attitude should be checked

The employees at the place are really bad at doing their job the food should be done better. It was a disappointing experience.
