Burger King - Dallas

I ordered just 3 whoppers and 2 chicken spicy sandwiches. Drive through. The females working were so loud with their laughing and playing around. They'll seem to be joking around. I'm glad my drive-through man attended was focused. I should of just ordered the meals for what my total was just for burgers. Learn and live.Food: 3/5

It is 9:20pm on June 22, 2023. I pulled up to the drive thru window and waited 5 minutes for someone to help. Then I ordered 2 whoppers and the girl proceeded to say they were out of meat. Really? Out of meat? At a burger joint. Wow, amazing management or lazy workers because they didn't even specify the type of meat, was it beef or chicken? I just knew they didn't want my business. Also, I've been here other times and it's always something. They closed early or out of something.

You can never find this place open. No matter what time of day you go, there’s always an excuse or reason to be closed for the time being. At least you know there’s workers, you can see them, but not really working. How is it that this place still in business?

The lady at the counter did not have the doors open, they did not have my order ready and asked to verify the orders address twice than proceeded to make the order after I verified it with my phones Burger King app. Even with it being made on sight it felt as if it had been tossed in a car like a squished pizza. Made the order around 9am and was there around 10am. Croissant and coffee.

Manager was friendly and patient while ordering, food was prompt and fresh, area and restroom were clean. I will return. Thank you Burger King for remaining the same in this world full of change.Food: 5/5
