Vegan Food House - Dallas

BF and I have this in the mood when I didn't feel like cooking. We ordered the 3 crabs and grilled cheese with grilled onions and "ham". It was incredible. We assumed that it would be proportionable due to the price. He spent about $40 for the food. It was AMAZING, we swallowed it. It was simply the best vegan grilled cheese (probably best grilled cheese in general) I had. The crab balls tasted phenomenal and had this crispy fried perfection, BUT it came only with 3 small balls (compared with the size of a deep fritted oreo or small hush puppies). For the price we were somewhat disappointed as we had assumed that the bullets would be bigger due to the price. We will return, but if we are ready to spend some money on a big dinner.

I'm addicted to this place! The menu is so delicious and delicious! I want to eat everything here! The service was nice, but I wish there were more inside seats, especially on these glowing hot days! Updated by previous review on 2023-03-15

Had the chicken and grits. Guess it was made from oyster mushrooms and it tasted great, they nailed the texture as mentioned. Portion size was huge. The hush puppies were also decent. I often come back I'm sure they are made from lion mane and the rest of the big fat menu. Also loved the decoration of the place. Good garden area. Was a Saturday afternoon and almost all tables were taken.

Different concept, delicious food. I had the afterlife steak with salad and veal. The table divided cauliflower buffalo wings. Everything was grounded. The menu is somewhat overwhelming with all the options, but nothing disappointed the table of 4 we had.

We flew into town early so hadn't had much breakfast and wanted a hearty lunch. Coming from the airport we called to see if it was ok if we came with our luggage to save a Lyft ride to hotel and back out. They were super accomodating and friendly. Food was all phenomenal. Huge portions and flavors were all amazing
