We did not get to eat here due to exceptionally rude customer service. My daughter and I went here late at night on a weekday. There were no customers inside and no cars in the drive-through. My daughter asked for an item that I didn 't see on the menu and so I asked if they had it. The employee 's reply was a terse, Yes. I asked if it was the same price as a similar sandwich and, again, the curt, Yes. This took all of about 90 seconds, and then I needed to decide on what I was eating. Having only eaten at one Popeye 's before, around seven years ago, I asked for a minute to decide. The employee began to repeat over and over that they, have a limited time drive-through. She kept cutting me off and would not even give me 10 seconds to think. I pointed out that there were no other customers in the drive-through, and she just cut me off again. After this happened about five times in succession, we left, and they lost our business for good.I can understand having a time limit during busy times, or even if somebody is taking an exorbitant amount of time to order, but not allowing for even two minutes when there are no other customers? They are clearly not interested in staying open.
