Kobbers Motor Inn Restaurant - Dalby

I recently had a lengthy conversation with the owners of Kobbers regarding their gluten-free options and their efforts to minimize the risk of cross-contamination. They were extremely accommodating and well-informed about gluten-free diets. They offer a variety of gluten-free options for both breakfast and dinner, and when I mentioned that I have celiac disease, they assured me that they would take extra precautions to prevent any contamination. I have dined at Kobbers several times for both breakfast and dinner and I will definitely be returning again in the future.

My partner and I stayed at the motel and had dinner at the restaurant. While the restaurant was small in size, the service, food selection, and atmosphere were excellent. The menu mainly featured dishes from local suppliers and were of high quality. The wine list was affordable and featured a great variety of Australian wines. Ben, the owner, was very welcoming and went out of his way to make sure everyone was taken care of. I would highly recommend both the motel and restaurant.

First visit in kobbers motel and restaurant and def won't be my last. from booking phone call to dinner, the great recommendations for coffee on 0430 and the super clean rooms beautifully decorated, this is an absolute hidden gem. after years of visit. dalby, I have seen the light and that will be my first call! love it, love the wonderful staff and can not recommend very enough. This is not just another stop motel! fantastic experience, clean rooms, great restaurant and real care owners and staff. if they stop or even pass through, this is the place to stay.
