Greenwich - Dakbayan sa Malolos

All of the staff are lazy. They excel at making their customers very hungry. The waiting time is terrible, as they prioritize delivery orders over dine-in orders. We followed up several times but it seemed like they didn't care. I definitely will not return here!

We stopped by for a lunch break before heading to Manila. During the busy event in the city, the food stalls, including Greenwich, were crowded. The pizza here was delicious and the ambiance was enjoyable.

We had a previous negative experience at this location, but decided to give it another try after it was recently renovated and had a better ambiance. The restaurant looked very nice and I was craving pizza, so we ordered a double size pizza, a full lasagna, and pizza fries for dine-in, as well as a barkada size pizza for take-out. After patiently waiting for 35 minutes, our take-out order was served first. I asked the staff to serve it later, but they did not listen. I remained calm and asked if they were really serving it first. I was very hungry and didn't want to cause a scene, so I carefully waited until they served all of our orders. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience.

We have a bad experience in this branch before but since it was newly renovated with better ambiance and really nice-looking and with my cravings for pizza we tried. We ordered one double size pizza, full lasagna, pizza fries for dine-in and barkada size pizza for take-out. We patiently wait for 35 minutes and hola, they served our take-out order first! I told the crew to serve it later. But its useless. I still calm myself, I told him, "You are really serving this?" I am so hungry I dont want to make a scene and of course be careful with my acts until they serve all our orders. Geez! So disappointed!
