Little Caesars - Dade City

I want to start out by saying, I live in Wesley Chapel. I choose to drive the distance to Dade city because food and staff here is always on point. I never had a bad experience at this location. One time, they ran out of the m&m cookie, I had used the portal to make my order. Once arriving the guy at the front apologized for any inconvenience and offered me a multitude of options even offering to call me the following day when they got them in. So, I thought, alright sure, give me a call thank you! I was actually curious to see if he would hold to his word, due to my doubts with my experience at the Wesley Chapel location... To my surprise he called the following day and said I can come pick it up that he would make a note to staff about it. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. Customer service!! I ofc didn't drive all that way because I do live near the interstate. But, I am pleasently surprised by the extent the staff are willing to go to for their customers. You all are appreciated and all are wonderful staff. Thank you for going above and beyond for your customers . You guys rock! Only complaint I could have is that they don't offer the pretzel pizza any longer. Lol) The Wesley Chapel location in Bruce B Downs does but, is an absolute nightmare! Gotta love a hot'n'ready and some crazy bread. Gave it 4 stars because when we order online, it's never ready on time

Using pizza portal is so easy.. it's easy to order and easy to pick up. No lines or having to speak with anyone.

People are awesome I just hadn't been to little Caesars since, dang they began the 5$ pizza deal, .99$ bread sticks

It's always fast, reliable service. Employees are friendly and prompt. Food and service is always 100% to your satisfaction and if it isn't your next pizza is on me
