Bidrage med feedbackWe loved our room, spacious, ocean front view. The bathroom needs updating to be consistent with the rest of the room. Very dated and small for 2 people. We purchased a cabana and we were delighted to be served by Claudia. Totally awesome, upbeat, positive attitude above and beyond our expectations. A real delight. Unfortunately, the best food we had was the pizza across the street at stingers!! You guys need a good chef. We ordered a half dozen meals, and we were very dissatisfied. Won’t come back for that very reason. .
Been visiting this hotel for many years. Unfortunately, this past weekend during our 4night stay, on our first night the room’s AC broke late in the evening. I was unable to switch rooms since it was late and had my children ready for bed. Our room was 80degrees during the night. Next morning, I spoke to the manager, Oneill, whom offered to credit a one night’s “stay” for the inconvenience. When my statement arrived, the credit for the “stay” was just a credit for the “resort fees”. when I called the hotel and spoke to O’Neill, he stated that’s not what he had offered. Unfortunately, it was word against word, since I did not get it in writing. I requested to speak to the general manager, Oliver, whom insisted it was a miscommunication. Nevertheless, he stated there was nothing else he can do. I wanted to share this review because in life, customer service and satisfaction should be a priority, especially to managers and general managers. We spent well over $2000 that weekend, and the least thing they could’ve done is credit one night stay for the inconvenience of having to stay in an 80° room in Florida. I’ve been going here for many years, and unfortunately Because of this treatment and lack of empathy, I will no longer be staying here.
Surprised my parents with a room for their 50th wedding anniversary beautiful presidential suite with beautiful views of the ocean. We ate at the outdoor tiki hut for dinner and it was amazing
The restaurant at Beachcombers Resort is the best. The ambiance is so nice, quiet, sounds of the ocean
I have booked with the Beachcomber for several years for 4th of July. Unfortunately, I will never book with them again. I made my room reservations back on February 13th, 2024. I then called on May 28th, 2024, to get prices for the cabanas for July 4th. After getting the prices and other details I called back to reserve a small cabana. I was told with tax it would be $107. I agreed, gave them my credit card and received an email confirmation for $160.50 along with a charge on my credit card for $160.50. I called back to see why I was charged more than told on the phone and apparently, they charged me the NON guest rate. They stated the difference would be refunded to my credit card, which it was. Now fast forward to June 22nd, 2024, and the Beachcomber calls me in regard to my cabana reservation for July 4th, 2024. The employee tells me they have been working on prices for the cabanas for the 4th of July and finally they came up with the price of $300! She then stated while they were working on prices, they were allowing people to make reservations ahead of time. I was then given the choice to keep my reservation and pay the increased $200 or cancel my reservation. There was NO mention of a price increase when made the reservation and I also received several conformation emails for my reserved and paid for cabana from the Beachcomber and the last one being the same day, prior to them calling me. I then called the Beachcomber back to confirm I was going to receive a FULL REFUND for the price I paid for the cabana, as the conformation emails state NO REFUNDS. They said I would, from there I had them also cancel my room reservations. I plan this mini vacation every year and knowingly pay more because it is a holiday. I am not sure why the Beachcomber did not have the cabana's prices confirmed prior for the 4th as well before having people book.
