Bidrage med feedbackExcellent restaurant with local cuisine. As a local I highly recommend to try this place. They have all kinds of local food from Danang, Hoian and Quangnam that we can all try them. The taste is good, with the decoration. My preferences are the Quang Noodles and Sliced pork rolled with rice paper. The original sauce of the rolled pig may have strong smell, but tastes good. Appropriate price. Friendly staff and beautiful location.
Ba Mua' noodles have a branch in Ngo Van So St., Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City. It's a mazing. I love her chicken noodle with egg and sugar cane juice! Grilled rice paper is a beautiful local snack. Main food is delicious dry noodle (have some sauce inside) with various choices such as pork, seafood, shrimp or fish...
Mi Quang is one of the traditional breakfast clips of the Vietnamese. Consisting of flat rice noodles and a variety of ingredients swim in a hearty broth infused with Tumeric. Cao Lao is a local Hoi A dish that made noodles with water from special local wells. This water is lye infused, which gives a pronounced taste and texture on the noodles that you cannot reproduce elsewhere. Portions are also generous, tasty and above all, authentic. You don't speak English, but the menu is in English so that you want to order with the reference to what you want. Loved the rustic ambience of this stall, there are dogs roaming the tables on the bones in the bins, so if you are afraid of animals.
The first time in Da Nang and our driver recommended us to eat here. We tried the Mī quãng (noodles with soup, with which to mix veggies, it had some frog in it), cao lêtu (large noodles to have), bánh ‡dressed (soaked pig with rice flour noodles), bún mûm (fermented fish sauce with noodles). The first court was okay, the second and third court were our favorites, and the last was decent. Make sure you try it out because it has a different taste compared to Saudi food.
With several branches around the city, this neat My Quang eatery is a very good option for trying Quan Nam's favourite noodle dish, especially the frog version or the special Claypot version with a little bit of everything (65k). Prices are very reasonable and they also do a few other good local dishes, so it's possible to have a substantial meal here as well
