Subway - Cypress

Standard quality of Subway. Beautiful and clean interior. Food was OK. Wrong decision to order a foot-long churro. Very saggy and soft, has nothing to do with crispy or fresh. The staff was friendly and prepared my app order quickly. However, she totally forgot my churro, and I had to show my order.

Hours of operation don’t match online, on the door, and actual open times aren’t correct. It’s a mystery if they actually are open.

People so professional and kind. The place was also super clean. Best store that I have ever seen so clean.

Always a great experience and awesome sandwich. The staff knows my order and gets it right every time . We come here at least 4 times a week. The ladies that work there are friendly and make the sandwiches like they are making it for family .
