Bidrage med feedbackI had only fajitas from here (many times.) I decided to try something else. I should have got fajitas. the chicken breast I ordered was hard. I would normally give 4 stars, but this food was only worth one or two.
I ordered a $36 dollar meal and got 2 uncens salsa with my meal. I called and asked her to send extra salsa I had already paid, and the manager liz told me she couldn't help me. I drove the two miles to the restaurant to complain personally and was told by liz that salsa was complimental and I would not give the 8 ounces I had already paid. she told me that salsa was free and that I was not entitled even if I got 8 ounces in the order of the previous week. I was not only criticized by the manager as inattentive, but that I had to go as I wanted her to complete my meal. I told them I would go after they gave me the salsa I had already paid for. bottom line, the manager doesn't care about their customers as they didn't have to solve the problem except to give me the half of the salsa I had already paid. it is difficult to deal with people who are not good for the future business of the company. she lost my future business due to a 10 cent cup salsa. I will never order food from them again, because they disregard for the customer, and the fact that liz did not even try to make my order complete. check their take-out orders as they are shortened via pennies, as this management team tries to press every penny of loyal customers.
Great place! owner is super nice. homemade flour and mais tortillas! very enjoyed our first visit. definitiw return
Read some of the previous reviews, my expectations were low, but I was very pleasantly surprised. the service was great. they filled our chips and salsa almost immediately after running low. they came by several times and asked if we needed something, but not so much that it was annoying. the place was about half full, so not sure if it was a factor. nothing to complain about it. the queen was great. I didn't know about rotel, but I prefer it like that. rotel has a kind of metallic taste. if they want a rotten as queso, simply mix some salsa and it is even better than rotel. the salsa is pointed notch and it comes warm what I love. they were good. they seemed a little less salty than I used to, but I prefer that too. there is too much salt in everything. if they want, they can add more and more. I tried the chicken quesadilla and while I thought the queso was small, my child loved it. I have the pambazo, which in the grunde is a torta with kartoffels and a teeny piece choorizo, where the brot is decorated in something called red guajillo pfeffersoße. not many places serve it, but it is really good. this one is done as I am not used to. the one I had baked the guajillo pfeffersoße in the brot. here it was blown up after the actual thing and the broth was wet. it still tasted delicious, but they have to eat it with a fork and knife, unless they are ready to make a huge chaos, and there is no rettung for later, unless they are a fan of soggy brot. Maybe it is a regional variation? not a big fan to do this, but as I said, it was still good. the prices were not great, but also not terrible. everything in everything, really good. When he came closer to me, I often came here. this will be my Pambazo place.
We have always enjoyed eating here, but after our experience we will not be returning. My mother in law ordered a create your own plate where she got the choice of three items from their list. When her plate arrived, one of the items was incorrect and instead of our server (Nayeli) grabbing the plate and returning it to the kitchen to get fixed. She grabbed the item with her bare hands off the plate to take back to the kitchen. I was disappointed with the lack of respect and sanitary protocols. Do better.
