Papa Johns Pizza - Cypress

Order 2 large pizzas online for delivery. in a mussel came the pizza after 2 hours and 15 minutes, although the eta online was 50-65 minutes. pizza was cold when it was here. more infos: I ordered online for our children and babysitters before we are gone. we realized that pizza did not come home in time. the delivery driver called us after 1 1/2 hours to let us know that she is sorry and now goes and will be here in 15 minutes. they continued to complain how busy they were and how their business did not manage well. it took 45 minutes to get to our house. again cold pizza. we left cypress and came to san diego when the pizza came. I called the location the next day and couldn't get a manager. the day after that was called again, taken 15 minutes at 11 o'clock in operation. Finally, a manager would call me back. manager never called. I called her back in the night, and the hired one told me that he had no time to deal with me, then refused to give me his name. I called corporate, spent another 30 minutes on the handy a report. After 30 minutes she told me okay, so I'll send her to the franchise location manager to deal with it. she told me that it would be addressed and treated within 48 hours. nope, never heard of them. So I paid, and tapped $5, for 2 cold pizzas....and that wasn't the first negative experience with this place since I moved into this neighborhood. I'm done. hello valuetinas, dominoes and pizza hat!

Chain pizza place. Always have our order right. Also follow the covid restrictions and though usually very busy, they always are friendly and helpful.

It's always a good product from Papa Johns. And they're practicing social distancing at the pickup location everything is working out good

I have to say it. Most places were we get pizza not so good with customer service. But papa John's store manager was polite and excellent service. That makes me so happy to say... that's sick I'm coming from. Now to get pizza. Thank you.
