Locatelli's Pizza - Cypress

My little daughter and I have been coming to locatelli for years. eating is great and the environment is friendly. the service is excellent. the most important factor for men is however. hayden together with Kenndi and adrian are so helpful that they have become almost family. hayden made a small jewelry box for my daughter when she was 5. We can't always make it over there, but we'll never stop coming. thanks hayden, adrian and Kenndi for everything they have done and do for us.

Locatellis is pretty much the best pizza spot in Cypress/Tomball (Grant/Louetta). The entire staff from bussing staff to management is exceptionally friendly and customer centric. Hayden, Ashley are excellent bar servers- we sit at the bar every time we go (1-2 times/weekDon?t hesitate to try out this local spot! You won?t be disappointed!

Food is always great. But absolutely the worst service ever and I've been coming here since they opened. Avoid Hayden behind the bar. She is extremely rude and will talk back in a condescending tone if you aren't happy with her service. I will continue coming here because I love the owners so much and the food is delicious. Just avoid the tall girl behind the bar.

Locatellis use to a good job on the pizzas. I couldnt even tell, if there toppings i asked for. For the price, you would hope you would be satified with the topping. I guess this will be the last time, to visit this stop. : onsite mgr. Was ok, with me being unsatified, offer to refund my money, instead of add a bit more of the toppings.

The fried ravioli was one of the best I've had. Cheese to please. We were recommended a wine ... half price bottle ... yes please. Pizza was great. Not to thick and not to thin crust with a slight crunch was unique. Desert was a sweet pazookie that the entire table enjoyed. Adrian was impressive. He was working a lot of tables and didn't miss a beat. Very attentive staff and management. This was our first visit and it will definitely not be our last.
