Since 6:26 in the drive thru line. it's 7 now and I just got to the window. the service is beyond slow, no matter when they come here. it can be 3ppl in the line and they will still wait forever. the workers are great, the food well done and always right, but they have something to do about the waiting time. requisit to the employees for handling what I am sure is some extremely irate customers too time.
I do this with my daughter and we received an order that we accepted for wendy to be in the opposite, and at the arrival we were briefly told at the rednerin. no problem, shattered up to about 12 minutes and no one reacted so that we waited patiently until someone asked us to order and we had revealed a pickup. usual routine, pull them up to the window and we have waited on. about 18 minutes were over until someone came to say they just let the hunch fall in the frit, they think it takes from 4 to 6 minutes to complete this procedure. the time stopped, near 30 minutes. we tapped on the window to find out what was the defeat, and she had a very sharp and defensive attitude. this order should have been started at the time when they got it, and I am sure it was good before we got a pickup request. everything said and done when we finally got the food that was supposedly just done, showed no signs of freshened or warm from the touch through the bag. these employees who were at this time service customers were very incompetent, fooling and planning, simply do not do their job. wendy must hire more efficient people. I personally or someone connected to it will never go to this facility. not professionally efficient at all.
Every time I come here, I wait a long time in my mind, please hurry up, but don't hurry too much because it's the priority. I get it not rome on a day, but that's not rome. it is t bell and there are 7 ingredients
Waited in the drive-thru line for almost 30 mins ? if you don't have enough staff for normal operation then just close, another example of a greedy corporation...money at any cost
