Olive Garden Cuyahoga Falls

I gave the atmosphere a 3, because it was cold in the restaurant. I noticed that I wasn't the only one who had eaten with my jacket. the food was delicious! no farewell to the garnel or hay! they gain service a 4 because we do not get our appetizers until after we were served our meal. and it took one because to get a drink and not refill on the water. I had to give my man some water.

M- well, this situation fell to even a lower level. my mistake to visit this place again 6 years later has dropped the rock and kick the dog. stinks of neglect and endless salate over dressed and devastated greens. I fear the pasta was not unforgettable. the doors should be closed before this place decreases the mark.

I'm never gonna eat here again today, while I ate my chicken-fessel-alfredo, I came over a fingernail clip in my own. how does this happen? Are the kitchen staff near the food on the nails? I would give zero stars if I could.

Went here for lunch with my friend, Sue, in celebration of her birthday. It's been awhile since we've seen each other (a couple of years and a different state). The food was good. Service was excellent. We arrived arrived at 1 pm and didn't leave until 4! We had plenty of things to catch up on. At no time did our server tell us to leave. The lunch crowd had left and the early dinner folks were beginning to arrive. So this is a shout out to Tatiana G. ?

This place needs a deep clean. There was a definite odor upon walking in. There was carpet deodorizer on the carpet next to the wine refrigerator, that wasn't helping or working. How appetizing to see. Decor dusty. Just not a clean appearance. The food was mediocre. The server was the only thing pleasant about the experience. I have no plans on dining there again.
