Rui`s Taverne - Cuxhaven

A little quirky, 'off the wall ' restaurant in terms of decor yet the food (almost all seafood menu) was delicious and we received a friendly welcome with good service. Would recommend for anyone passing through Cuxhaven.

Very nice, attentive service, tapas superlecker - very large selection, until the wink ... and then the main dishes came. everything all around excellent: eating, ambiente, service, wein, tapas, fish... if we were living in cuxhaven, that would be with certainty one of our local! great! we will come back when it can be done :)

As a crowning conclusion of our holiday we were to eat third in ruis taverne. we were enchanted by a romantic interieur with a lot of love for detail, by the owner's service, as if we were friends and the food...First about 14 rooms with deliciousness of the house, warm and cold. one better than the previous, everything explained. it makes appetit on more. The actual order came after this: limandes, schweinefilet und entrecote. everything was on the spot. however, by the type of preparation and the sauces as we did not know it, and indeed incredibly delicious. the love for originality and quality determined the taste. it was a great pleasure. that is recommended as something very special for a romantic experience. we as a family were all satisfied and after a few hours went happy. Thank you.

The small fine tavern in the marienstr. is the ravine. from the outside inconspicuous from the inside small and cozy.You are welcomed by rui and the table assigned. you should preorder the table otherwise it can happen that you do not get a place.The time from ordering to enjoy the main dish is bridged with various tapas, these are freshly prepared what you also taste. rui told us the different tapas.The main dish was a fish plate for two. here it was actually the eye eats with. All fresh and prepared with love, this fish plate was a pleasure.As a drink we had a Portuguese red wine which was very well harmonized with the food.At last there was a small dessert, which was very good.Rius taverne is a Portuguese restaurant.Who is on this kitchen is very well-resolved here.
